In Switzerland home renters have the right to ask for a lower rent due to a decrease of the mortgage interest rate. This Explanimation shows you how to do so in order to be able to spend a little extra by the end of the month. The video was released in Swissgerman, French and Italian and has been commissioned by the Swiss Renters Community.
